3. Tournament Responsibility
Tournament directors are solely responsible for:
Event setup
Scoring accuracy
Prize distribution and payouts
Welcome to Bowling is not responsible for disputes, errors, or financial outcomes related to tournaments.
4. Payments
If payments are processed through the platform:
Fees may apply
Transactions may be handled by third-party providers
We are not responsible for:
Payment disputes
Chargebacks
External processing errors
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Manipulate scores or tournament outcomes
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
Violations may result in account termination.
6. Data & Content
You grant us permission to:
Display tournament results and statistics
Use anonymized data for analytics and improvement
7. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Losses related to tournament participation
Technical errors
Data loss or inaccuracies
9. Changes to Terms
